We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to support our Recruitment and HR Operations functions. The role will involve 80% recruitment activities and 20% HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (80%)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer roll\-out and joining formalities.
HR Operations (20%)
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Prepare HR letters such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Warning Letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Update employee data and reports in Excel.
Support attendance and leave record management.
Skills Required
Fluent English communication skills.
Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
Eligibility
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR/Recruitment experience can apply.
Candidates with hospitality recruitment experience will be given preference.
