Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
*Business Consultant Responsibilities**
Identify and convert potential leads into paying clients.
**Present MYFINTAX services (GST, ITR, Company Registration, Startup India, Trademark Registration, and other compliance services)** with confidence.
Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
Drive lead generation, follow\-ups, and closures.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial and legal solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Contribute to revenue growth and business expansion initiatives.
