As an HRBP , you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity
• Assist in conducting performance review discussions
• Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed
• Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment
• Good Excel and reporting skills
• Strong problem\-solving mindset
• Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory in HRBP field

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per month
