Psychocare Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result\-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business functions by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to leadership, driving employee engagement, performance, and overall workforce effectiveness.
Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support
Drive talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment support, and retention strategies
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
Implement and monitor performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations
Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and organizational development activities
Identify training needs and coordinate learning \& development programs
Maintain HR data, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–3 years of experience in HRBP
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Strategic thinking \& business acumen
Conflict resolution \& negotiation
Employee engagement \& relationship management
Decision\-making and analytical skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry is an advantage
