HR & Compliance Administrator

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented HR \& Compliance Administrator to join our team in Baddi. The ideal candidate will have strong HR administration experience and a sound understanding of statutory compliance requirements within the food and food packaging manufacturing industry.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day HR administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain records related to licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and support compliance related to fire safety systems and fire extinguisher maintenance as per industry and regulatory standards.
• Support HR reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate compliance registers and records for factory operations.

• *Required Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in HR administration and compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in the food and/or food packaging manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire extinguisher compliance, fire safety audits, and related documentation requirements within manufacturing facilities.
• Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems.

• *Location Requirement**

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Baddi or nearby areas who can conveniently commute to the facility.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
