HR & Compliance Manager

• Oversee statutory compliance across all projects, ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Monitor PF, ESI, and other statutory contributions, including timely filings and payments.
• Follow up with Accounts and concerned teams to ensure statutory dues are paid within deadlines.
• Coordinate with client\-side HR teams regarding project compliance requirements and issues.
• Maintain, verify, and submit project\-wise compliance documents within stipulated timelines.
• Track compliance deadlines, renewals, pending documents, and corrective actions across projects.
• Coordinate employee and project\-related insurance policy procurement, renewals, and documentation.
• Manage insurance claims, coordinate with insurers and TPAs, and follow up until settlement.
• Maintain compliance registers, payment records, insurance details, and claim status reports.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and ensure timely closure of outstanding compliance issues.
