Assist with day\-to\-day operations of HR functions and duties.
Provide administrative support to the Head Office HR Team.
Principal coordination with Approvers and HR Heads.
Onboarding coordination, including document collection and follow\-ups (if necessary).
Maintain various records, reports, and trackers.
Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by managing attendance records (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
*Secondary Responsibilities**
Coordinate with Client, HO Team \& Employees.
*Education Qualification**
Bachelor’s Degree
MBA
*Experience**
2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations.
