Sekel Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **HR Associate** to support
the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR
operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR
processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
● Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
● Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and
induction sessions.
● Maintain and update the recruitment database.
● Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
● Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
● Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
● Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and
leave management.
● Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data and verifying employee
information.
● Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
● Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
● Support audits by providing necessary HR\-related documents.
● Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
● Maintain records of performance evaluations and development plans.
● Follow up on goal\-setting and employee development activities.
● Provide administrative support to the HR team in day\-to\-day operations.
● Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support HR\-related initiatives.
● Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1\-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
● Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: ₹250,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
