About the Role

4PM News Network is looking for an organized and people\-oriented HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day HR operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth employee coordination, maintain HR records, and support a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding HR and administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory documentation.
• Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
• Monitor office supplies, inventory, and workplace maintenance.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹48,000\.00 per month
