Job Description – HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with at least 2 years of

experience. The role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee records

management, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of

handling day\-to\-day HR functions in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination,

and follow\-up.

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
• Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities.
• Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Track attendance, leave records, and employee data.
• Assist in payroll input preparation and HR MIS reporting.
• Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, experience, and relieving letters.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with management on HR matters.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
