Job Summary

Adroit Group is looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of HR experience and be capable of managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave records.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
• Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
