Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and day\-to\-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee databases.
Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities.
Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Prepare HR reports and support management with HR\-related tasks.

Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
Team\-oriented with a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
