HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in managing HR operations for a pharmaceutical business.

Responsibilities

1\. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and handling HR functions for a new pharma division

2\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition

3\. Develop and monitor KRA/KPI systems for field and office employees.

4\. Employee Engagement \& Retention

5\.HR Policies \& Compliance

6\. Identify training needs and coordinate learning \& development programs

• Establish HR processes for the newly launched pharma division.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing leadership for manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely deployment of field force across headquarters.
• Support business expansion through effective HR strategies.

Requirements

1\. Must have **1\-2 years of Experience in Pharma sales**

2\. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales structure and field force management.
