Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Executive who understands key Human Resource Management concepts and can support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- *Recruitment \& Selection**
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Assist in the selection and hiring process.
- *Onboarding \& Induction**
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities.
- Prepare offer letters and joining documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- *Training \& Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback reports.
- Support employee skill development initiatives.
- *Performance Management**
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain performance\-related documentation.
- *HR Operations \& Administration**
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential records.
- Support HR audits and compliance activities.
- *HR Policies \& Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and updates.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
