Job Summary

App Innovation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **HR Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening and maintain candidate records.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance and HR records.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR\-related documents.
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of HR experience.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
