• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Track employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Assist in payroll inputs and employee data management.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR\-related documents.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Knowledge of attendance and leave management.
• Familiarity with payroll support activities.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
