HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding process

· Manage payroll processing and attendance

· Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation

· Handle employee engagement and grievance management

· Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing

· Manage exit formalities and full \& final settlements

· Support audits and compliance checks
