### **Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and campus hiring
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
### **HR Operations**
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and HRMS data
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee lifecycle activities
- Support HR policies and compliance activities
### **Employee Engagement**
- Organize employee engagement initiatives
- Support employee communication and grievance handling
- Help build a positive and collaborative work culture
### **HR Analytics \& Reporting**
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards
- Track recruitment and employee metrics
- Support performance review and appraisal processes
### **AI \& Process Automation**
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve HR productivity
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives
- *Requirements**

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR Executive / HR Generalist experience
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Experience in IT/Software recruitment preferred
