We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive who can independently handle end\-to\-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Manage employee joining, induction, attendance, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records
Handle employee engagement and grievance management activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
Support performance management and appraisal activities
Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning
Draft HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Maintain HR databases and employee files properly
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and HR operations
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling end\-to\-end HR activities
