We are looking for a responsible, detail\-oriented, and proactive professional who can efficiently manage HR functions, administrative operations, statutory compliance, and inter\-department coordination within a healthcare environment.
Attendance, leave management \& payroll coordination
Implementation of HR policies, SOPs \& employee documentation
Handling employee grievances \& performance appraisals
Ensuring statutory compliance (ESI, PF, gratuity, labour laws, etc.)
Facility management, housekeeping \& vendor coordination
Procurement \& inventory supervision (in coordination with Operations team)
Maintaining audit\-ready documentation \& compliance records
Supporting health camps, outreach initiatives \& internal programs
Coordinating closely with Operations for workflow efficiency
Healthcare setup experience preferred
Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
Strong organizational \& multi\-department coordination skills
Must have proficiency in HRMS software with 2–3 years of hands\-on experience (mandatory)
Immediate joining preferred
Pay: ₹15,850\.36 \- ₹25,141\.10 per month
