Job Description – HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Payroll Management, ESIC, EPFO, statutory compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end payroll processing and salary administration.
• Handle ESIC and EPFO portal operations, including registrations, contributions, challans, and employee claims.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and employee engagement programs.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee grievances.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS data.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of ESIC, EPFO, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Corporate HR functions.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
