A confident but approachable person with outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with people at every level, from executive to labourer. Candidates must also possess excellent organisational skills, a sound understanding of labor laws and the recruitment process, and be competent in Tamil, Hindi and English. Familiarity with HR software and systems is a bonus.

2\-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in administration, coordination, execution, generalistic activities, human resource management (HRM), humanities.
MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws including Employees Provident Fund \& Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952\.
The successful candidate will work alongside an HR representative at one of our production facilities in Pollachi, and be in direct contact with our workforce.
Punctuality is essential.
