HR Executive

• *Who we are looking for:**

A confident but approachable person with outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with people at every level, from executive to labourer. Candidates must also possess excellent organisational skills, a sound understanding of labor laws and the recruitment process, and be competent in Tamil, Hindi and English. Familiarity with HR software and systems is a bonus.

• *What the role entails:**

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following

· Nationwide recruitment

· Overseeing the full employee work cycle from onboarding to offboarding

· Employee relations management

· Keeping up\-to\-date with labor laws

· Supporting employer branding through recruitment drives and social media

Qualifications and experience

2\-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in administration, coordination, execution, generalistic activities, human resource management (HRM), humanities.

MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).

Strong understanding of Indian labor laws including Employees Provident Fund \& Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952\.
