HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment
• Perform initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth interview flow
• Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining
• Maintain daily recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets with quick turnaround time

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (EdTech or Sales hiring preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

• *Salary:**

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
