We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented **HR Executive** to support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals in the early stages of their HR career who are eager to learn and grow in a fast\-paced environment.
- *1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding**
- Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
- Manage onboarding formalities and documentation
- Ensure smooth induction and joining experience for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR\-related documentation
- Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- *3\. Employee Engagement**
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and programs
- Address basic employee queries and concerns
· Support HR operations and employee engagement activities at the factory location to ensure consistency and employee satisfaction across sites
- *4\. Compliance \& Documentation**
- Ensure statutory compliance and record\-keeping
- Maintain personnel files as per audit requirements
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
- Support compliance requirements across various airport locations in India, ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards
· Assist in managing HR compliance and documentation requirements at the factory location in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0 – 2 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internship exposure can apply)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
