Job Description
Digicom Marketing Services is seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and supporting day\-to\-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Handle employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Salary
