• *Job Summary**

VerveTronics, a Pune\-based company providing Embedded \& IoT Product Development Services, with expertise in Functional Safety (FuSa), RAMS, Embedded Hardware \& Software, and Remote Monitoring IoT Products, is looking for an HR Executive to manage core HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and support the company’s digital marketing activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Recruitment \& Onboarding

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Handle onboarding, appointment letters, induction, and exit interviews.
• Source candidates through job portals, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and databases.

HR Core Functions

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment records.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment documentation.

Payroll \& Compliance

• Support payroll and salary calculations.
• Manage employee verification, employment contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll and employee\-related queries.

Performance \& Employee Engagement

• Support performance appraisals and reward programs.
• Organize employee engagement and team\-building activities.
• Handle and resolve employee grievances professionally.

Digital Marketing

• Manage Social Media, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Create engaging content and maintain the company’s digital presence.
• Support brand promotion and online visibility.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and KPIs.

• *Technical Requirements**

• Good knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRMS.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of Social Media, SEO/SEM, and Email Marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva / Adobe tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of digital analytics and content management.

Pay: ₹280,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
