We are looking for an experienced HR Executive/HR Generalist to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR strategy. The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Manage HRIS/HRMS systems and generate HR reports and insights.
Assist in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy implementation.
*Qualifications \& Skills:**
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
