HR Executive

A hospital in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will support day\-to\-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, onboarding, and HR documentation, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Familiarity with HR policies, employment documentation, and applicable labour regulations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow\-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data with the payroll or finance team.
• Address employee queries and support day\-to\-day employee relations.
• Coordinate induction programmes, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor compliance with hospital HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, staffing, and employee records.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure accurate HR documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
