We are looking for an HR Executive to join our dynamic team and assist in various HR functions to provide support in employee management, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• **Recruitment Support:** Assist in posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• **Onboarding:** Help in preparing onboarding materials, conducting new hire orientations, and facilitating the new employee integration process.
• **Employee Relations:** Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documentation is complete and up to date.
• **Training \& Development:** Support the team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and maintaining training records.
• **HR Projects:** Assist in HR\-related projects such as employee engagement activities, performance management processes, and benefits administration.
• **Compliance:** Ensure that HR processes align with labor laws and company policies.
• **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative support, including managing HR databases, filing, and responding to employee inquiries.

• *Requirements:**

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and collaborative environment.
• Detail\-oriented and a quick learner.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
