HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling

Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process

Maintain HR databases and employee records

Organize employee engagement activities

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience OR HR internship experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment
