About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team and gain hands\-on experience in Human Resources. This role will give you exposure to end\-to\-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

What You’ll Learn / Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

Supporting onboarding \& induction programs for new hires

Helping in maintaining HR databases, employee records \& documentation

Coordinating employee engagement activities and events

Assisting with HR policies, compliance, and day\-to\-day operations

Learning how to use HR tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing techniques

Skills We’re Looking For

Strong communication \& interpersonal skills

Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain

Good organizational skills \& attention to detail

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
