- *Key Responsibilities:\-**
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using **Naukri.com**, social media, and internal databases
- Post job advertisements on Naukri and other job portals
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications/cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring etc.
- *Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment:**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
- Source candidates through the Naukri Job Portal, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- *Onboarding** **\& Induction:**
- cesses including document collection and background verification.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
- Ensure smooth transition into the company by explaining policies and culture
- *HR Operations \& Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, performance).
- Draft offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.
- Update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) regularly.
- *Payroll \& Attendance Management:**
- Collect and verify attendance records from departments.
- Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing.
- Manage leave records and employee reimbursements.
- *Employee Engagement \& Communication:**
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Act as point of contact for employee queries on policies/benefits/grievances.
- *Policy Compliance \& Legal Support:**
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace environment.
- *HR Reporting \& Administration:**
- Prepare recruitment and HR\-related reports.
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Experience in hiring for media, creative, production, or digital marketing roles.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and HR compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
