HR Executive (Generalist)

• *HR Executive (Recruitment \& HR Operations)**

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The role involves a balanced mix of **60% Recruitment** and **40% HR Operations**, supporting the organization's hiring needs while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and release offer letters.
• Manage pre\-joining and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate and employee databases.
• Handle employee documentation and HR records.
• Track attendance and leave management processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the concerned team.
• Update and maintain HRMIS data accurately.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

• *Requirements:**

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, MS Office, and basic HR processes.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
