• *HR Executive – Job Description (Noida)**

• *Role Overview:**

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration
• Ensure smooth coordination across HR functions while maintaining compliance with policies and processes

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and closure
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance and leave tracking systems
• Support payroll coordination with accuracy and confidentiality
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Support HR audits and documentation requirements
• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• *Qualifications \& Experience:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / PGDM / BBA/B.Tech/BCA or an equivalent graduate degree in HR preferred
• 0–5 years of relevant HR experience
