We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **HR Executive** to manage day\-to\-day HR operations and support various human resource functions. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee coordination and HR documentation efficiently.

Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Handle employee queries and maintain positive workplace relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Prepare HR reports and maintain databases

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
