Job Description

We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Executive to manage day\-to\-day human resource activities at our Tiruppur location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR operations and be capable of handling employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate employee joining formalities and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related information.
• Assist in preparing appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding staffing requirements.
• Support employee engagement and address routine employee queries.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and workplace procedures.
• Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment updates.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and management to support smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR operations within a hospital or healthcare environment is required.
• Knowledge of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee records.
• Good coordination, organizational, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
