Drafting HR letters, agreements \& policies
Supporting performance management and employee engagement
Managing exit formalities and HR operations
Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR processes Good understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality HRMS knowledge preferred Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
