ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands\-on HR professional who can independently manage end\-to\-end HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and selection
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and employee onboarding
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR trackers
• Manage daily attendance, leave records and employee movement
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, deductions, overtime and other applicable components
• Handle PF, ESI and other applicable statutory requirements
• Track employee probation, confirmation and performance\-related processes
• Address employee queries and support employee relations
• Prepare HR MIS, reports and documentation for management
• Manage resignation, notice period, clearance and Full \& Final Settlement
• Coordinate relieving and experience letters
• Coordinate with project/site teams for employee and attendance\-related requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–6 years of hands\-on HR experience
• Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Practical knowledge of payroll and attendance management
• Good understanding of PF, ESI and statutory compliance
• Strong Excel, documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be willing to work from office
• Must be willing to travel to project/site locations when required
• Immediate joiners preferred
