About the Role

ZTC International Landscape Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **QS \& Billing Engineer** with hands\-on experience in **construction/project sites**. The candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, measurement, BOQ management, client billing, subcontractor billing and project cost monitoring.

The role requires regular coordination with **Project Engineers, Site Teams, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Vendors** to ensure accurate and timely billing and proper project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Quantity Surveying \& Measurement**

• Take and verify site measurements for completed works.
• Prepare and maintain measurement sheets and quantity records.
• Verify executed quantities against drawings, BOQ and site requirements.
• Track variations, additional works and deviations from the approved scope.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate reporting of work progress.

• *2\. Client Billing**

• Prepare **RA Bills / Running Account Bills** based on actual work completed.
• Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts and supporting documents for client billing.
• Ensure bills are submitted within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill verification and certification.
• Follow up on pending bill certifications and billing\-related queries.

• *3\. Subcontractor \& Vendor Billing**

• Check and verify subcontractor bills against actual work completed.
• Cross\-check quantities with BOQ, measurements and agreed rates.
• Identify discrepancies, excess quantities and incorrect claims before processing.
• Maintain records of subcontractor measurements and certifications.

• *4\. BOQ \& Cost Monitoring**

• Prepare and maintain project BOQs and quantity statements.
• Monitor actual quantities against BOQ quantities.
• Track material and work quantities and highlight variations.
• Support project teams in monitoring project costs and potential cost overruns.
• Assist in preparation of variation statements and additional work claims.

• *5\. Documentation \& MIS**

• Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, BOQs, work orders and supporting documents.
• Prepare project\-wise billing and quantity reports.
• Maintain billing trackers and outstanding certification status.
• Provide regular updates to Management / Project Head on billing and quantity status.

• *6\. Site Coordination**

• Regularly coordinate with site engineers and project teams.
• Visit project sites to verify work progress and measurements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors as required.
• Ensure billing is aligned with actual site execution.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in **Civil Engineering, Construction or Quantity Surveying**.
• **2–5 years of relevant experience** in construction, infrastructure, landscaping, MEP or similar project\-based industries.
• Hands\-on experience in **QS, quantity measurement and billing**.
• Experience in preparing **RA Bills, BOQs, measurement sheets and quantity statements**.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience in checking subcontractor/vendor bills.
• Good knowledge of **Excel and MS Office**.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet billing deadlines.

Important

• *This is a site\-oriented role. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to and working from project sites in and around Bangalore as required.**

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and suitability for the role.

• *Performance\-linked incentive may be applicable based on achievement of defined billing, quantity accuracy, cost\-control and documentation targets.**
