• *About the Role**

We are hiring an HR Executive to own end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding and HR operations, and to help build a strong culture and employer brand for a fast\-growing agency team.

• *What You Will Do**

• Manage end\-to\-end hiring – sourcing on Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn, CV screening, interview coordination and offer rollout
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards and time\-to\-fill metrics
• Run onboarding, induction, documentation and background verification
• Maintain HR records, employee database and HRMS data; coordinate attendance and leave inputs with payroll
• Plan employee engagement and R\&R activities and handle employee queries
• Support appraisal cycles, exit formalities and employer branding initiatives

• *Who You Are**

• 1–3 years in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or startup experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination
• Comfortable with Google Workspace/Excel, job portals and AI tools
