Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **HR Executive** with exposure to **international HR operations in the pharmaceutical distribution industry**. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, visa processing, and employee relations across **Middle East and Southeast Asian countries**. The role requires a strong understanding of workforce requirements for sales, distribution, warehousing, logistics, regulatory, and support functions within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Medical Representatives, Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, Warehouse Staff, Regulatory Affairs personnel, Pharmacists, and Corporate Functions.
- Coordinate hiring activities across GCC and Southeast Asian markets.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals for local and international hiring.
- Support manpower planning and organizational growth initiatives.
International HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases for multiple countries.
Labor Law Compliance \& HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with local legal requirements.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to HR documentation and employee records.
Visa \& Immigration Management
- Coordinate employment visas, work permits, residency permits, and renewals.
- Liaise with government authorities, PROs, consultants, and external agencies.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
Payroll, Compensation \& Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance and payroll service providers.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee benefits, insurance, and incentive data.
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and salary administration.
Employee Relations \& Performance Management
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
HR Reporting \& Analytics
- Prepare HR dashboards, recruitment reports, headcount reports, attrition analysis, and other HR MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
- Generate periodic reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in **pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, FMCG, or supply chain organizations**.
- Experience handling HR operations across **Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait)** and **Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.)**.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
