HR Executive

• *Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
• *Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 6:35 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment and various HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with hiring portals, candidate sourcing, employee onboarding, and general HR activities.

Roles \& ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Job Portal Management

• Manage and operate all major hiring portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, Apna, WorkIndia, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
• Post job openings and update job descriptions regularly.
• Search and source relevant candidate profiles through portals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist in attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Support performance management and employee relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of all major hiring portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in bulk hiring and corporate recruitment.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented professional.
