- **Compensation \& Benefits:** Manage payroll, health insurance, and paid leaves.
- **Employee Relations:** Serve as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and boost team morale.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all company policies align with local employment laws and statutory requirements.
