Urgent Hiring – Human Resource Manager (Construction Industry)

We are looking for a proficient and dynamic Human Resource Manager with prior experience in the Construction Industry to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for internal teams across the organization(All States).
• Handle complete HR operations and provide support on all HR\-related activities across the company.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination through various job portals and professional networks.
• Maintain candidate database, company mapping, and talent networking.
• Follow up with shortlisted and joined candidates.
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly MIS reports and HR dashboards.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Maintain and support payroll\-related documentation, employee benefits, ESI \& PF compliance.
• Prepare flowcharts, presentations, and reports for meetings, programs, and conferences.
• Support senior management in day\-to\-day operational and administrative activities.
• Handle knowledge base projects, special assignments, and social media related initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with different departments for manpower planning and HR support.

Desired Skills \& Requirements

• Prior HR experience in the Construction / Infrastructure industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Good understanding of ESI, PF, and statutory HR compliances.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.

Experience

• Relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment within the construction sector.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
