\* Manpower planning \& interview coordination
\* Payroll processing \& statutory compliance
\* Organization Development (OD) activities
\* Employee engagement \& HR operations
\* PMS/KRA/KPI coordination
\* Strong knowledge in Recruitment, OD \& Payroll
\* Good communication \& coordination skills
\* System knowledge
\* Experience in School industry preferred
