We are looking for an experienced **HR Executive** with 1–2 years of experience in a Non\-IT environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of **building HR processes, policies, and systems from scratch** and helping establish a strong HR foundation within the organization.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Set up HR processes from scratch, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and performance management.
Handle recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Coordinate with management to improve HR operations and workplace culture.
*Requirements:**
