• *Job Summary:**

Friendly Realestate is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales, Telecalling, CRM, Marketing, and Corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

• *HR Operations**

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Support attendance and leave management processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

• *Administrative Support**

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Maintain candidate and employee databases.

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• 5 Days Working
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday \- Sunday
