This involves sourcing potential candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, and employee references. You will schedule interviews and serve as the liaison between candidates and department heads, conducting preliminary candidate screenings. Preparing official offer and appointment letters is also required. In employee onboarding, you will complete all joining formalities for new hires, maintain secure personnel files, verify submitted documents, and conduct induction and orientation programs. For attendance and payroll, you will monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift patterns, prepare summary reports, and coordinate closely with the payroll team for accurate salary processing, while also tracking overtime and deductions. A significant responsibility is ensuring the company's adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
