About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• *Recruitment \& Hiring**

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer letters and joining formalities.

• *Employee Onboarding \& Documentation**

• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee verification and compliance documentation.

• *Attendance \& Payroll Support**

• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
• Maintain HRMS and employee databases.

• *Employee Engagement**

• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Address employee queries and support workplace initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.

• *Compliance \& HR Operations**

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR reports and MIS.
• Support policy implementation and disciplinary procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
