Job Description
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
Update employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documents.
Manage joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Maintain leave balances and attendance reports.
Coordinate with payroll for attendance\-related inputs.
Address employee queries related to attendance and leave policies.
Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
